Yes, and as a renter, you have a few options:

1st Option (recommended): Contact your auto insurance provider and request that they extend coverage to an RV Rental. Happy Campers RV Rentals will need to be listed as an additional insured with coverage of 100/300/500 for the duration of your rental. If your auto insurance provider approves your request, Happy Campers will provide you with the remaining RV information upon confirmation of your rental.

2nd Option: Purchase insurance directly through our insurance carrier, MBA Insurance, via their website or upon arrival at our office the day of reservation. Rental insurance purchased through MBA Insurance has a state minimum coverage with a $1000 deductible. The average charge per day is $27.00.

Yes, a $1200 refundable deposit is required to reserve your RV. This deposit also acts as a security/damage deposit throughout your rental. Deposits are refunded within 10 days after your return, to the card originally charged.

The actual cost of the rental will need to be paid the day of departure. Payment can be made by credit card, cashier’s check, money order, personal check (paid at least two weeks before departure date), or cash.

Cancellations that are made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of the balance paid, minus transaction fees, on behalf of your original reservation transaction.
