Affordable RV Storage Pricing: $2.75/Foot/Month

Our parking space rate is based on the actual, measured length of the item being parked, not the rated model length. This ensures you only pay for the space your RV or boat actually needs.

All fees are due on the first of the month, payable by credit or debit card on file with Beaver Coach Sales. Whether you're storing a compact Class C motorhome or a larger Class A RV, we have space available.

Boat Storage Options

All boat storage will have a minimum of $75/month. This affordable rate makes it easy to keep your watercraft secure during the off-season or between trips to nearby Cascade Lakes.

Insurance Requirements for Stored Vehicles

You are responsible for maintaining full insurance on your unit while it is in our lot. You will be requested to provide proof of insurance upon renting a space.

All parking and retrieval will be done by employees only, during working hours. No exceptions. This valet-style service ensures your RV or boat is handled professionally and kept secure at all times.
